Print Screen Key Function & Create Screen Shot

How To Capture a Screen Shot and Paste to Microsoft Office

STEPs:

• Open everything you want copy and position it the way you want on the Computer Monitor Screen.



• To capture the whole screen, just press the Print Screen key on your keyboard. It may be labeled [PrtScn] button on your keyboard.

 

• Open a spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft Office.



• Go to the Edit menu and choose Paste.  

• 
  
   Go to the File Menu and choose Save As.



• Navigate to the folder where you want to save the document or image. e.g. screenshot
• Type a file name for the image. e.g. *.doc



• 
  
  Click the Save button.
• 
  
  FINISH
